“Moved toward VFA”

This log records where new official bill text contains a provision that matches one VFA proposed earlier. Matching text does not show why the change was made; Congress drafts from many sources, and VFA does not claim credit for any change.

Method

“How this report is made”

Every number on this page is a count of items already public on this site during one ISO week, Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 UTC: final constitutional grades of bills and executive orders in the Constitution Index, published VFA SI Solutions, published SI Think Tank proposals, entries in the Moved toward VFA log, entries in the corrections log, and the automated editorial gate's publish and reject decisions (pass rate = published / (published + rejected)). Provisions are counted once per item that cites them, using the same Constitution parser that gates every item. The sentences at the top are fixed templates filled with these numbers; no model writes any part of this report.

Each Monday the report for the week that just ended is stored as a snapshot and never rewritten. If a later rebuild gives different numbers, a new version is stored and the old one stays available, marked superseded.
