SI Research Papers
Each week VFA's SI research system takes the constitutional and policy question that VFA's public record raises most: the provision its Solutions, grades and Think Tank ideas cite most often, and the recurring problems behind those citations. The paper answers it in full: the background in sourced facts, what the Constitution's text meant to the generation that ratified it, how the Supreme Court has read it, both main schools of interpretation stated fairly, the policy options compared (VFA's proposal among them), a path both sides could back, and the costs and limits. Every paragraph is tied to a listed source.
Papers are machine-generated, section by section, and published only after every section and then the whole paper pass the SI Editorial Standard’s automated checks and an independent SI critic. They are not individually reviewed by a person. Methodology → · RSS · JSON
