Ukraine Support Act

Directing the President, pursuant to section 5(c) of the War Powers Resolution, to remove United States Armed Forces from hostilities with Iran.

The concurrent resolution is unconstitutional because it attempts to direct the President's conduct of military hostilities without satisfying the bicameralism and presentment requirements of Article I, Section 7, and impermissibly encroach

Providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 2913) to authorize support for Ukraine, and for other purposes.

The resolution is constitutional as a procedural rule under Article I, Section 5, Clause 2, provided the underlying bill (H.R. 2913) respects enumerated federal powers and does not violate the Tenth Amendment or other constitutional limits.

Habitable Housing Conversion Pilot Program Act of 2026

Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection relating to the withdrawal of the rule relating to "Consumer Financial Protection Circular 2023-02: Reopening Deposit Accounts That Consumers Previously Closed".

Congress holds authority under Article I to enact joint resolutions disapproving executive agency actions within enumerated powers like commerce regulation, preserving separation of powers (Hamilton, Madison, Marshall).
