(The Driftless Area is a region in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Iowa that was never covered by glaciers.) USDA must provide assistance to grassroots partnerships to educate landowners and operators on the benefits of climate-smart agriculture, soil health, and holistic grazing.
